  • The contract will also provide one preventive maintenance visit to be conducted 6 months into the contract year at a mutually agreed time.
  • Should emergency service be required then all parts and labor will be billed at Ionflight’s normal rates.
  • The contract will provide priority response meaning the next available engineer will be sent to the client for emergency service.
  • All parts used will be guaranteed for 6 months from the date of installation.
